Purpose: By subcontracting work to Troy Productions, businesses have a cost-effective means of meeting its demands while providing workers with disabilities a sense of value and financial independence. Work Services: Sub-contract work from local companies is procured from local businesses for training individuals in various job and skill areas. Case managers work with each consumer to move toward his or her optimal vocational development. Employees of the program work at developing new work and social skills, increase work tolerance, and to explore career opportunities. Participation can be on a full or part time basis depending on the amount of time spent in other program services. Though often overlooked, people with disabilities are qualified for a variety of professional, technical, and entry level positions. We have built a reputation for developing a variety of work opportunities for people with disabilities in Southeastern Massachusetts and the Rhode Island area.
