We are extremely proud of our organization and the positive impact we have had on those persons we provide services to each and every day. We are also proud of our collaborative and creative spirit which has enabled us to become an increasingly positive force in our community and beyond.

People, Incorporated has grown steadily and today is an organization with a workforce of almost 400 persons and annual revenues in excess of 12 million dollars. Since my return to the organization as President and CEO in 2003 we have striven to expand existing services, create new program models, develop stronger community partnerships and enhance the effectiveness of the organization.

We have implemented on-going strategic planning, which is reviewed and updated annually. We have developed unique and creative partnerships with United Way, city government, area public schools and existing funding sources to better service a wider range of persons and we have participated in several merger acquisitions to expand and strengthen the variety of services we can offer to the community.

At the core of this growth, change and increased effectiveness is a clear understanding and belief in those core principles that guide our decision making and help us remain true to our mission. Our ability to communicate a clear vision to our board, staff and stakeholders allows us to be more consistently and positively focused on our mission and the actual services we provide.

Our ability to sustain premier services to our consumers is reliant upon the quality of our employees. I am extremely proud of the people I work with at People, Incorporated. Our senior management team, program coordinators and managers and our direct service professionals excel daily in an environment that is fast paced, often stressful and ever changing. As an organization we have shown an incredible ability to work as a team, maintain positive relationships and adapt quickly to improve and grow. We respect that effort and offer our staff many opportunities to improve their professional and educational skills.
