The Greater Fall River
Healthy Families Collaborative

Eligible parents or prospective parents will have their own Family Support Worker who will help them identify and work towards goals they have for themselves and their family. Both mothers and fathers can participate in services and have their questions and concerns addressed. This is a voluntary, strength-based program that is free of charge and confidential. Information about pregnancy, parenting and child development is readily available. We are sensitive to different lifestyles and cultures: Portuguese, Spanish, Khmer services are available.

Home visit and community-based work is the heart of the program and schedules are flexible to meet the parent's needs. Young parents can be referred any time from the beginning of pregnancy up until their child turns a year old but families can continue receiving services until their child turns three.
