The Early Intervention Partnership program (EIPP) serves pregnant and post partum women in the greater Fall River area, including Fall River, Somerset, Swansea, Westport, Assonet and Freetown. Home visiting services are provided to eligible families by a maternal child health (MCH) team. THe MCH team includes a maternal child health nurse, a mental health clinical professional and a family liaison. Women can be referred during pregnancy and up until their babies are 2 months old.

    Early Intervention Parnership Porgram (EIPP) offers individual prenatal/postpartum care designed to meet physical, mental, emotional, sound and financial needs. EIPP is the only program in the Fall River area that offers home visits from an R.N. providing education and support.

    Our team delivers quality health education services to those who need the services most where they need them. We support women's and babies healthy development, promote family involvement and connect clients to health and human services.

    With our broad professional expertise and individual approach each client receives the services they need including:

- Breastfeeding and Nutritional Counseling
- Referrals to Healthcare and Social Services Programs
- Family Liaison Work
- Mental/Emotional Support
- Translation Services available in many languages
