Day Habilitation Service
The Day Habilitation Program offers medically oriented services that include; medical monitoring by a registered nurse, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Behavior Management Therapies.
Service Areas
Day Habilitation Services are developed for each member by a team consisting
of the member and at least four professionals. Potential team members may
include: a registered nurse, a psychologist, an occupational therapist, a
physical therapist, a speech therapist, and a developmental specialist.
