People, Incorporated has served the Southcoast community, including the Greater Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton areas for more than forty years and continues to focus on helping all of our citizens reach their potential.

I have had the pleasure of serving as President and CEO since 2003 and am extremely proud to be a part of an organization that does so much for our community. Our agency has been able to continue to grow and evolve. We have consistently sought out new ways to improve the quality of life for our children, adults and families and have maintained a strong commitment to make our community a better place to live and work. Today we are an agency that provides 17 million dollars a year in services to the area and are also one of the areas largest employers with a workforce of 500 people.

At the core of our mission is a strong commitment to creativity and collaboration, both internally and externally. We find new and better solutions that involve strong partnerships within divisions at the agency and typically involve a variety of community partners. In doing this we are able to strengthen our organization, provide more quality services and increase the involvement of area leaders who feel connected to our mission and invested in our community goals.
